Triton pro angler and former Bassmaster Classic champion Paul Elias was inducted into Gary Mason's Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame Friday, August 19th at the Music City Sheraton.

Gary Mason started the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame four years ago to thank the men and women who are leaders in the hunting and fishing industry for their contributions.

Among Paul's many career highlights is the Bassmaster Classic championship in 1982. Most recently, he won the Country Music Awards Invitational in Nashville this year. "I consider it a real honor to be inducted into the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame and am very thankful. Anytime you are recognized for something you love and devoted your life to, it's a special thing", he said. "I am glad God blessed me with the talent and opportunity to do something I love; I owe it all to Him."

Triton Boats would like to congratulate Paul Elias on his accomplishments and his induction into the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame.
