2008 Triton Gold General Detail/Rules

Program dates are from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008. |

This program is for registered Triton retail owners with either an aluminum or fiberglass Triton fishing boat containing a factory-installed livewell. |

Eligible
tournaments (from the list of sanctioned Triton Gold tournaments)
must boast a field of 60 or more boats and must have an
accessible means of posting official tournament results
i.e. newsletter/publication, website, original hard-copy
printouts, etc. |

Must be the first place finisher in a qualified tournament. |
| • |
Triton Owners Tournament is excluded from this bonus program. |
| • |
Triton Gold bonus claim forms must be submitted within 30-days of tournament win and can be obtained through any authorized Triton Boats dealer. Claim form must come complete with some form of official tournament results verification (ex. newsletter/magazine listing, website results printout, or original hard-copy) depicting Triton owner’s first place finish and a participating field of 60 or more boats. Please allow 6-8 weeks for approval and processing. Winning Triton retail owner is solely responsible for submitting the completed claim form and accompanying tournament results verification to: Triton Gold Headquarters, 15 Bluegrass Drive, Ashland City, TN 37015. |

Triton Gold incentive supercedes any existing Triton owner bonus currently offered through Triton-sponsored tournaments, if duplication occurs. |

Triton Gold headquarters reserves the right to determine final retail owner bonus eligibility for all claims. |

Must
be a registered Triton Boats retail owner. |
| • |
Must fish all days of the qualifying tournament from your Triton Boat (except when fishing a draw from the back of the boat, or in another brand and when fishing a Bassmaster Open as a non - boater/am). |

Must
be wearing a Triton Boats shirt (with Triton logo exposure
on front and back) and/or the official Triton Gold cap
while competing and at the weigh-ins. |

Must
display official Triton Gold decals on your tow vehicle. |

Must
register to receive Triton Gold awards. |

To receive Triton Gold awards, you must register 14 days prior to participation in your first Gold-sanctioned tournament of the program year. Registration forms can be obtained through authorized Triton Boats dealers or via our website at www.tritonboats.com, click on the Triton Gold icon. There is a $20 annual registration fee that can be paid by credit card or check. For your membership fee you will receive an official Triton Gold cap and two Triton Gold decals. Only need to register and pay the membership fee once per program year |
| Requirements: Must be a 2006 or newer Triton boat, Mercury V6 Optimax engine along with a MotorGuide 2006 or newer trolling motor. Black Gold also requires engine owner to be 1st registered owner of the outboard and trolling motor. |
| Must be a 2007 or 2008 Mercury 250 Pro XS and owner must be original (1st) owner. |
Triton Gold Elite Fish-Off
|
| Triton Gold owners who receive an award under the guidelines of the Triton Gold bonus program will be invited to fish a two-day, no entry fee, $100,000 total purse fish-off. The Triton Gold Elite bass fish-off will be held in conjunction with the following year’s Triton Owners Tournament (dates and location TBD). Rules for the Gold Elite will follow along with a letter of invitation. |

the Triton Gold program at its discretion at any time.
