4/6/2013 i have a 2001 tr 20 love the boat the only thing that i wood change is the carpet or maybe i wood say it better is no carpet it wood make it better if it had a rubber floor or some kind of nonskid floor easy clean up just wipe it down on rain days or blood after a few years the carpet will get stained and were out other than that this is the best boat i have had takes big water well great speed wood not give it up 4 a new boat of some other kind wood like 2 have a new motor mine is geting a little old ! thank you 4 makeing a very good boat ! I have been a Triton Owner for 9 years and have owned a Tr196, Tr20X2 and now the best kept secret the 20XS Elite, Team Triton package. The hole shot, the stability in rough conditions and ride far surpasses any other boat on the market. The boat design kept the weekend and professional angler in mind, from the bow to stern. The ergonomic console and driver’s seat make this a joy for long days on the water. The storage compartment capacity is unsurpassed by none, along with many other standard options. Triton Boats are simply awesome in all aspects.

6/23/2012 I have been a Triton owner for about the last 13 years or so. Have owned a Tr17, Tr186 and now have a Tr20X2. I have been impressed with the Triton since day one and intend to stay in a Triton as long as I own a boat. All of my boats have served me very well and that is a testimate to the quality of how they are made. They may not be the fastest on the water (still pretty quick), but the ride and stability in rough water is OUTSTANDING and if sacrificing a few miles per hour is what it takes...then so be it. Don't change it!
The features I like the most compared to other boats:
1. Storage compartments are unmatched in capacity.
2. Layout is very comfortable for long days on the water.
3. The hide-away ladder is great when my family wants to play in the water.
4. Materials used on carpet, wiring, seats, bilge pumps, guages...etc are top quality and provide years of worry free performance.
5. Visual appeal/design catches the eye.
6. Two cooler concept with one removable is genious.
Simply put...Triton Boats are built to perform and take the punishment of mother nature as well as the owners who operate them.

4/28/2011 My previous boat was a TR 196 DC and I thought it was great. Then I upgraded to a 20 XS elite and the difference was like night and day. The ride and handling is outstanding. I can carry a ton of fishing gear.I relly like the flush mounted Lowrance HDS 10 and 8. Just wish the wind shield was a tad higher but all of the room makes up for this flaw. If you are in the market for a 20 footer this is a great place to start.

3/31/2011 Just received my 2011 20XS with the Yamaha 250SHO. What a ride! 78mph on gps with no chine walk or even a wobble. Took my hands off the wheel at 75. . One of my buddys that drove it said it is like riding on a feather. This is my second Triton, but the XS hull was a big improvement for me. Thanks to my dealer, Denny's Marina, and Triton for a good deal and a great bass boat. Just spent 5 days on Barkley with it. See you in Paris, Tenn.
